Terms and Conditions
London Conservatives welcomes the publication of the Conservative Party’s Code of Conduct for the leadership and management of volunteers as published on the party website and expects its members and employees to respect that code. Copies of the code will be made available to all staff and volunteers.
Except where stated, all events are open to all Conservative Party members and supporters. However, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any groups or individuals.
Unfortunately, the London Conservatives cannot offer refunds. At our discretion and subject to any security considerations, we are, however, happy to accept named substitutions in writing in advance of the event. In the unlikely situation that we cancel an event, we will gladly offer a refund on tickets paid.
Every member of the audience should be in possession of a valid e-ticket.
Unless stated otherwise, printed tickets are not issued for events, but guest names will be checked on arrival. E-tickets are invalidated if the London Conservatives have not received payment in advance.
Admission to latecomers is not guaranteed, although offered wherever possible.
Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected from all our guests. In exceptional circumstances, individuals may be asked to leave or be escorted from an event.
We often photograph and/or film their events. If you would prefer not to be caught on camera, please let a member of the events team know.
We try to avoid it, but very occasionally we have to make alterations to an advertised programme due to unavoidable circumstances. The attendance of parliamentarians is always subject to parliamentary business.
We reserve the right to use the information supplied when booking tickets for events to inform attendees of future London Conservatives events and activities which may be of interest. Contact details are never passed onto any third parties without consent. Anyone may opt-out of future communications from London Conservatives at any time.
